  • Bonding Strength: With an addition amount of only 1-3%, the wet balls can withstand a 2-meter drop without breaking. After natural drying, the cold strength exceeds 2000 Newtons, and the curing strength can reach more than 80 kg within 12 hours, fully meeting the requirements for smelting and recharging into the furnace.
  • Material Adaptability: Aiming at the problem of complex raw materials in the iron and steel industry, it can be adapted to various materials such as converter dust, scale, and ferromanganese silicon powder. In particular, it can inhibit the expansion and pulverization of calcium oxide-containing raw materials, ensuring molding stability.
  • Environmental Performance: It has been upgraded simultaneously. The formula contains no harmful substances such as sulfur, phosphorus, and arsenic, which can be completely decomposed without residue during high-temperature smelting. Moreover, it adopts a dry powder direct mixing process, eliminating the need for drying pretreatment, which reduces energy consumption while avoiding secondary pollution.

According to the Technology Department of Henan Jinhang, this binder has been successfully applied in production scenarios such as sludge cold-pressed balls and scale mixed pellets. The initial ball formation rate of high-iron materials (TFE > 65%) exceeds 98%, significantly reducing transportation loss rate. Data from the application in a large steel plant shows that after using this product, the solid waste utilization rate has increased to over 95%, the per-ton treatment cost has decreased by 12%, and the drying energy consumption has reduced by 15%. Its weather resistance advantage is also prominent: after curing, it can withstand high temperatures above 300°C, and has moisture resistance and crack resistance, solving the problem of pulverization of traditional pellets during storage.
