The solid waste of a steel plant is dust, scale and sludge, which has been unable to be processed for a long time. In the pellet production, it was found that the pelletization rate was low and the powderization was serious, and it could not pass the test for subsequent use. After using our dust removal ash adhesive, the pelletization rate reached more than 95%, and the pellet strength was more than 1000N, which fully met the conditions for subsequent transportation and furnace entry, and achieved the reuse of solid waste, which brought significant benefits to the steel plant in energy saving, environmental protection, efficiency reduction and cost increase.
